About Me
Hi, my name is Nick. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and recently, I just finished the Applied Data Science Lab bootcamp at WorldQuant University. I’ve created multiple data science projects as part of the coursework of the program. The program also helps me to enhance my programming skills in Python, understands in depth about machine learning, learn how to visualize statistics data, learn how to create API design, and develop further my Sql and No-Sql database skills, as these realizations are reflected on my data science projects.
Before I decided to involve myself in the world of data science, I had worked for more than 4 years as a data analyst/specialist for a third-party seller of Amazon.com. I managed the company's Amazon Seller Account for product listings and inventory monitoring for both FBA and FBM. Among my responsibilities are: monthly sales and inventory analysis and report, supplier inventory review, image cleaning, keyword optimization (SEO Amazon), price MAP monitoring, brand management, and reaching out Amazon Customer Center for case creation to fix our Amazon suppressed pages, incorrect product page vs the actual item (customer complaints), and incorrect Amazon fees.
I also became a data annotator for an AI Image/ LIDAR Annotation for machine learning on an online crowdsourcing platform.
I finished my Computer Science degree in Davao City, a distant southern city from Manila, Philippines.
